Teachers

Our team of qualified and experienced teachers are committed to providing quality care and learning that is appropriate to the age, abilities and unique needs of each individual child.

Hi, I’m Jane, I am originally from the United Kingdom where I started my career in childcare. I have lived in New Zealand for the last 20 years where I have continued my passion for children’s education by completing my Diploma of Teaching in Early Childhood Education.
I believe that children learn through their experiences, I value and believe in the Reggio Emilia Approach to teaching and also the nurturing role of Emmi Pikler.
I really enjoy my role at Lincoln Village Preschool and Nursery, I enjoy the relationships that I have with the children and their families that attend our centre. We also have such a great team of Early Childhood Teachers and Teacher aids, which are passionate about quality education and experiences for the children.
